Tunnels create thermal pass-through when you need to pack your product in shrink film. Tunnels can be used as a part of semi automatic or fully automatic lines.

There are electric and steam tunnels.

In electric tunnel the source of the heat is air, which is spread with the help of fans through the tunnel chamber.

In steam tunnel warm steam is used. Thanks to high density steam equally covers the surface of the shrink sleeve, that is why the shrinkage quality can be higher than that in electric tunnel.

Sealers are intended for manual, semi or fully automatic packaging of different products.

Applicator automatically apply shrink sleeve on the container. In this case applicator is loaded with shrink sleeve in a roll form.

Shrink sleeve roll can be made of different kind of film (PVC, PP, PE, PET, OPS).

Applicators’ speed can be different: from 3 000 up to 36 000 applications per minute.
