Q: What is flexoprinting?
A: flexoprinting is also a solvent based process, based on a raised areas, i.e. dots/lines or blocks on a photopolymer plate, which transfer ink rotated around the drum, each colour unit being laid down in sequence with inter unit heat and airflow for drying prior to the next colour printing. Ink is transferred onto the plate and then the film, each colour unit prints in sequence.

Q: What is gravure printing?
A: Gravure printing is a proven technology and high quality printing method using solvent based inks.  The colours of designs are etched onto individual metal cylinders.
The benefits of gravure printing include:

• Reduced size text for extra information and special offers
• High quality origination gives consistency of reproduction over a long time period.

Q: How long do cylinders last, and do I have to pay again if they wear out?
A: Cylinders typically last about 20mln revolutions and you never have to pay to have worn cylinders replaced.

A: Yes, according to our client’s need we can deliver our products by any means of transport.

Q: In what form should artwork be supplied?
A: We prefer files created with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Corel Draw. Detailed information you can find in our DOWNLOAD PRESENTATION page. If you do not have artwork, our designing department can help you to create original artwork and to bring to life any ideas.

Q: What is the difference between electric and steam tonnel?
A: In Electric tunnels hot air is circulated with the help of fans. These tonnels are used mostly to shrink PVC sleeves. Steam tunnels use heated steam. Thanks to higher density steam equally covers the sleeve’s surface, that is why the quality of shrinkage is usually higher. Steam tunnels are often used to shrink PET sleeves.

Q: Does your company produce PE package?
A: No, all our products are made of PVC. PVC films possess high transparency close to glass, are fat and oil resistant, resistant to hazardous and aggressive environment that is why they are more suitable for food packaging.

PVC usage is 3 times less than that of PE, e.g. 333kg of PVC instead of 1 tonn of PE.
Perfect gloss, transparency – that is what makes PVC film so attractive.
